After 11 years of successful positions in Human Resources of several international companies and has the distinction of being selected to become the first Mars Venus Coach in France. She has been practicing coaching for the last 2 years and is also a trainer in the management and self development areas in one of the largest American consulting companies.
Initially trained as a psychologist, Catherine has never ceased to grow her passion for self development and well being in the work life. Helping her clients find a good quality of life at work is one of her main objectives. As a relaxation practitioner and a follower of the Zen philosophy, she also focuses on the work/life balance as well as stress management.
By joining the Mars & Venus team and as the first French franchisee, she wishes to enrich the French coaching market with the positive and resilient approach “so typical of the American culture.” This approach will no doubt help increase client personal satisfaction and improve personal and working relationships.
Catherine is a life coach and an executive coach. She works with individuals, couples, managers and leaders using workshops or face to face meetings.
