After 11 years of successful positions in Human Resources of several international companies and has the distinction of being selected to become the first Mars Venus Coach in France. She has been practicing coaching for the last 2 years and is also a trainer in the management and self development areas in one of the largest American consulting companies.

Initially trained as a psychologist, Catherine has never ceased to grow her passion for self development and well being in the work life. Helping her clients find a good quality of life at work is one of her main objectives. As a relaxation practitioner and a follower of the Zen philosophy, she also focuses on the work/life balance as well as stress management.

By joining the Mars & Venus team and as the first French franchisee, she wishes to enrich the French coaching market with the positive and resilient approach “so typical of the American culture.” This approach will no doubt help increase client personal satisfaction and improve personal and working relationships.

Catherine is a life coach and an executive coach. She works with individuals, couples, managers and leaders using workshops or face to face meetings.

Rosa María Botrán is the first Mars Venus Coach in Guatemala marketing her services to businesses and individuals. She has a degree in Marketing, two MBAs, as well as more than 20 years of working successfully in the corporate world. She also is a certified NLP trainer, and has successfully coached sports people to make changes within themselves in order to improve their ‘game’ performance dramatically. Recently Rosa’s background and experience drew the attention of the Guatemalan Managerial Association (AGG, Asociación de Gerentes de Guatemala) andrikofarmakeio.com/.

AGG is a voluntary nonprofit organization, with no political affiliation. It´s ultimate goal is to assist the processes of managerial improvement of the leaders responsible for the direction of the private and public sectors. In its 40 years of existence, AGG has trained over 200,000 business men and women from a variety of managerial development areas. At present, AGG has over 2,000 members representing the most important companies in the Central American area, which distinguishes it as the most important voluntary non affiliated association on the region.

Rosa has been invited by the AGG to put on a workshop for their review. This gives AGG the opportunity to present to their members a different type of program that will provide them with information and tools they can take back to their companies and apply immediately. The synergy that Rosa and AGG can create is definitely a formula to create a bigger impact in the development of Guatemala´s managers, driving their companies to a higher level.

These new coaches completed the initial Mars Venus Coaching induction program in San Diego in August and have returned to their respective territories to begin building their businesses.

The new Success Coaches include Melodie Tucker in Florida, Bonita Brown in Maryland, Thom Faglie in Texas, Ed Burke in Nevada and the first Mars Venus Success Coach in Italy – Paolo Benassi in Rome.

From diverse backgrounds that include mortgage banking, travel, technology, entertainment and counseling, the coaches mastered intensive days in the initial training. Now the second phase begins -they continue their training via the 12 week Mars Venus Quickstart Program.

The Quickstart Program is uniquely focused on applying the training experience to obtain clients and launch each franchisees’ business – a balance of marketing and coaching skills. Continuing as a class, the new coaches will participate in a teleconference call each week as they build their skills, acquire new clients, and share their experiences.

Simultaneously, each coach will have a “Coaches’ Coach”, who is an experienced coach who will work with them on a weekly and individual basis – so a third dimension to the Mars Venus Training and Support Program.
